Susan Kimball's ties to Maine go way back -- to the day she was born. But she spent most of her childhood in Connecticut.

She came back to Maine for college, graduating from Nasson College in Springvale. She went on to law school, passed the Maine bar, and went to work as an attorney.

In 1982, Susan's television career began, at WAGM in Presque Isle. Three years later, she was hired at WCSH. Other than a 16 month stint at KSTP in Minneapolis, she's been here ever since!

Susan's talents have been honored often, but she says one award that means a lot to her is the Harry Chapin Media Award, for a series on hunger in Maine.

When she's not at work, Susan enjoys kayaking and hiking with her husband, Jim.
