Daniel "DJ" Ault is "a genuine person with a big heart." He is deeply committed to the mission of the March of Dimes. As an active volunteer with the Walk America fundraiser, he works on this project in much of his free time, has recruited other teens to the cause, and was recently ranked 51st out of 10,000 national youth walkers. DJ works with disabled young adults through the Maine Transition Network, assisting them with their shift from "high school to life." In addition to being a set of very helpful hands for their social events, he shows great friendship and mentorship, looking well past their physical or behavioral disabilities. DJ is an Eagle Scout. He sings with the choir, and as a soloist, at his church. He plans to attend New Brunswick Bible Institute this fall to become a youth pastor.
