(NEWS CENTER) -- The Ossipee Valley Music Festival is hosting a String Camp this summer, offering kids and adults to learn from professionals. Fiddler Brittany Haas and Manolin player Joe Walsh will be teaching at the camp and the visited the Morning Report to talk about the camp and play some music.
The camp is Sunday, July 20 to Thursday, July 24 and includes music lessons, food, workshops and classes, morning yoga, swimming and hiking. The camp will be at Ossipee Valley fairgrounds in Hiram, Maine, offering students the opportunity to camp overnight with their family.
Currently classes will be held for fiddle & cello, guitar, mandolin, banjo and upright bass. The camp offers classes for all levels.
One Adult Ticket: $475.00, instruction, meals, and a four-day pass to the music festival
One Child Ticket*: $350.00, instruction and meals
