Needhams!  It's one of those Maine things.  It's a chocolate candy which features potatoes in the middle!  It sounds awful, but they're so sweet that many people find them irresistible. A place called Seavey's made them for years, but eventually went out of business.  Now there are a couple of "small" makers and we chose Linda's Gourmet Chocolates in Norway where Linda makes them right in her home. She was pretty nervous doing this story which made it a lot of fun for us as we sometime forget that being on TV is supposed to be important!  I'm going to be a little more serious in the future.  One warning about this story.  I had lost 14 ½ pounds before I did it.  Now I have gained three!  I'd better do some work this weekend!
