WESTBROOK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Westbrook Police and Maine Drug Enforcement Agents say James Sulinski sold Oxycodone and Morphine to undercover agents.

Police arrested Sulinski, 26, Thursday (03/04) at 10:20 PM.  Sulinski is charged with Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.  Police say they bought the drugs from Sulinski in the course of their investigation.

Police seized the car Sulinski drove when they say he was making deals, a 200 Audi A4.  After forfeiture, Police plan to sell the car.  Funds from that sale will go back into more drug investigations and to help Westbrook Police stop the sale of illegal drugs.

Chief Baker says, "we are pleased to have made drug buys from this dealer with funds from all those who have came before him."  Baker calls it "Urban renewal and taxpayer relief all in one package."
