HOULTON, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A Maine man charged in the stabbing deaths of two men and a 10 year old boy has pleaded not guilty to all charges in court Wednesday.

20-year-old Thayne Ormsby, faces one count of arson and three counts of murder in the deaths of Jeffrey Ryan, his ten year-old son Jesse, and Jason Dehahn in Amity, Maine.

Deputy Attorney General William Stokes met with many of the victims' family members after the arraignment. He says they had many questions for him.

"I think they're getting more comfortable understanding what happened, and what the next step is in the process is," Stokes said. "The judicial system can be intimidating to people, plus they've suffered a tremendous loss that's really beyond description."

Ormsby was arrested on July 2 in Dover, New Hampshire and is being held without bail at the Aroostook County Jail in Houlton.
