Danielle Waugh is a multimedia journalist based in NEWS CENTER's Lewiston/Auburn bureau.
She joined the NEWS CENTER team in July 2011 as a Multimedia Journalist at WLBZ 2 in Bangor. Originally from the Pittsburgh area, she is excited to explore Maine and call it home.
Prior to reporting for NEWS CENTER, Danielle was a bureau reporter for the ABC News network. She contributed both broadcast and web content for various ABC News programs as part of the ABC News On Campus Syracuse University bureau.
Danielle graduated from Syracuse University in 2011 with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and History. Her favorite expericence was a reporting class that took her to South Africa. She lived in Grahamstown and Johannesburg, producing multimedia reports for Syracuse University's World Journalism project during her senior year. Before that, she interned at NBC affiliates WSTM in Syracuse, NY and WJAC in Johnstown, PA.
