BALDWIN, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - A motorcycle crashed in Baldwin, killing the driver.
The victim was Daniel Fifield, Jr., 28, from Baldwin.
Police say Fifield was riding a Suzuki dirt bike westbound on Pigeon Brook Road last night when he veered off the road, hit a culvert and finally crashed through a fence.
Fifield was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland, but he could not be saved.
Investigators from the Cumberland County Sheriff's office reconstructed the crash scene with assistance from the Windham Police Department.
