BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Police say they have arrested a woman for a fatal hit and run crash in Bangor earlier this month.
Patricia Giles, 51, from Brewer, was arrested Wednesday night on charges of felony leaving the scene of a personal injury accident resulting in death and misdemeanor falsifying evidence. She was taken to Penobscot County jail and later released after posting a $10,000 unsecured bond.
The crash happened on June 2. Police say Joshua Constantine, 37, of Bangor, was pronounced dead at the scene after the crash on Main Street.
