Another soggy day across the Pine Tree State, as a slow moving area of low pressure continues to control our weather pattern. Clouds, showers and periods of rain have been the norm, with more showers expected this evening.
Tomorrow will bring more clouds and showers, but I do think we will start to see some breaks of sun later in the day, with the most sun south of the Newport area.
By Friday look for sunshine, with sunshine staying with us through the weekend. However, an approaching frontal boundary will likely trigger some scattered showers and thundershowers later in the day Friday, with disturbances bringing scattered afternoon showers and isolated thundershowers on both Saturday and Sunday.
