BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Police have revealed the name of the woman who died after being hit by a car in Bangor on Saturday.
Police say Brecon Oldham, 57, of Bangor, was struck while walking near the northbound on ramp for Interstate 95 on Union Street. She died later in the day at Eastern Maine Medical Center as a result of her injuries.
The driver of the car that hit Oldham was Marie McBrine, 78. Her 6-year-old granddaughter was a passenger in the car. Neither of them was hurt.
