Plenty of sunshine was had by all today, with high pressure to our west creating a fresh northwest flow of air across Maine today. That northwest wind steered dry air into our neighborhoods, replacing the sticky air that was with us lately.

Look for more of the same for Friday and Saturday; by Sunday that high will be positioned to our east, which means we will be in the midst of a southwest flow-steering humid air back into our region.

It appears we will stay dry through much of the forecast period, with the best chance of showers later Monday into Monday night.
