PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Another Peaks to Portland Open Water Swim is in the books, and what a beautiful day for it.
For more than 30 years, YMCA of Portland has been hosting the race; more than a hundred people take part in it.
It's a 2.4 mile race through the Atlantic, around Fort Gorges, and ending at East End Beach in Portland.
317 people took part in the swim Saturday morning, raising $26,000 dollars for the YMCA, which will help them offer more scholarships to kids.
