GORHAM, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A mom's playgroup met up in Gorham today to help teach their kids about the Olympics.
The Greater Portland Mom's Playgroup landed at Naragannsett Elementary School in Gorham. There, they set up events for their children to compete in. The kids competed in beach volleyball, equestrian racing and cycling. At the end, the kids all got stickers to put on their worksheet. The mothers even made some Olympic-themed snacks for the athletes! For the playgroup organizers, the Olympics was a great way to get the kids outdoors.
