SCARBOROUGH, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Scarborough police say they have spoken to the man suspected of attaching a camera to his shoe to take pictures up the skirts of women at Walmart.
Several women reported seeing the man July 16. Police released surveillance images of the suspect and a tip led them to him.
Scarborough police say the incident is still under investigation and it will be up to the District Attorney's office to decide whether or not charges will be brought.
