After a beautiful Friday, expect some increasing clouds tonight along with some scattered showers and thundershowers as a frontal boundary moves in our direction from the west. That front is going to slow down and then stall just to our east on Saturday, which means clouds will be most plentiful along the coast and in easternmost counties. Those areas could also see some showers, with a brighter sky expected for northern and western counties.
That frontal boundary should slide a bit to the east by Sunday, so most of Maine should experience a decent amount of sunshine. After a sunny start on Monday, look for some increasing cloud cover as a disturbance slides our way from the west.
All-in-all, not a bad forecast, although again...eastern and coastal areas will likely have to live with more in the way of cloud cover compared to the rest of the state.
