KENNEBUNK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- After days of legal wrangling, the Kennebunk Police Department has released a partial list of alleged clients of Alexis Wright. Kennebunk Police are releasing names as the indivduals are being summonsed in the case.

Because of a court ruling, the list did not include ages or addresses of those charged. Tuesday morning, the Kennebunk Police Department issued the names again, this time with middle initials, where available.

We are aware that innocent individuals may have a similar or even the same name as those involved in this case. For example, NEWS CENTER has confirmed that Paul Main who is summonsed in this case is not retired York County Sheriff's Deputy Paul Main.

On Friday, Stephen Schwartz, a lawyer for two of the accused clients, filed a motion with the Maine Supreme Judicial Court to prevent the release of the names. Monday morning, Schwartz withdrew the motion and filed one instead with the Maine Superior Court. Schwartz asked for a temporary restraining order to prevent the release of the names. Justice Thomas Warren denied the request to stop the release of the names, but did not deny the part of the temporary restraining order that asked to withhold the addresses of those whose privacy was allegedly violated in the case.

Last week, Wright pleaded not guilty to 106 counts of prostitution, invasion of privacy and other charges. She allegedly secretly videotaped her encounters and kept meticulous records -- according to court documents. Mark Strong, Wright's business partner pleaded not guilty to 59 misdemeanor counts of promotion of prostitution.
