BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER) --- The second suspect in a deadly triple homicide in Bangor that occurred last summer has been brought back to Maine.
Bangor police transported Nicholas Sexton to the Penobscot County Jail on Thursday. He had been locked up in Massachusetts for a month.
Sexton, who is from Rhode Island, is acing murder charges for the deaths of Daniel Borders, Nicolle Lugdon and Lucas Toscano. All three were from Bangor and found dead in a burned out car last August.
Investigators say they were shot. Sexton's alleged accomplice in the crime, Randall Daluz, is also being held in Bangor.
Sexton's is expected to make his first court appearance in Maine early next week.
