DEDHAM, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- A Dedham man has been arrested after a six-hour standoff with police at his home Sunday morning.
Department of Public Safety Spokesperson Steve McCausland says 46-year-old James Garland surrended to the State Police Tactical Team around 8 a.m. Sunday at his Green Lake Road home in Dedham. Garland is charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence assault.
