PARIS, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The State Fire Marshal's Office is looking into what caused a fire that flattened a home on East Oxford Road in Paris early Saturday morning.
Paris Fire Chief Brad Frost says firefighters were first called to the home just after 9:30 p.m. Friday. The initial fire was knocked down, and then firefighters were called back to the home just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday to find the home fully engulfed in flames.
Chief Frost says the home is considered a total loss. No one was home at the time of either fire and there were no injuries. The State Fire Marshal's Office is continuing the investigation.
