Good morning. Be careful if you're out early shopping this morning. Visibility is very low in fog and roads are slick in some areas with frozen fog and mist.
Things will heat up today with temperatures making it into the low 50s across most of the state. It will be mostly sunny during the day with clouds moving in in the afternoon. Winds will be southerly at 5-15mph gusting to 25mph.
Tonight things cool off but stay quite mild. Temperatures will drop down into the upper 30s and low 40s with mostly cloudy skies keeping things warmer.
Tomorrow a cold front moves through the area very early and bring with it some scattered showers, mostly in the form of rain, High elevations may see some snowflakes around. After the front clear out expect clearing and partly sunny skies for the day.
By Sunday things are cooler with highs struggling to make it into the 40s along the coast and only able to reach the upper 30s inland. It will be mostly sunny.
We continue to watch a storm that looks like it will be making it's way into our area on Tuesday and sticking around until Wednesday morning. I do expect some rain and snow with this storm. Timing is everything though as you know so while this is a little far away we will continue to monitor it through the weekend and into next week.
Have a great black Friday and please drive safely.
