Today had featured a ton of sun, with clouds creeping into our sky last this afternoon. Don't be surprised if you encounter some snow showers tonight as a frontal boundary slides quickly through Maine. Behind the front look for a clearing sky and tumbling temperatures. Right around dawn we will be feeling some windchills around zero thanks to a cold northwest wind flowing across the region. Look for plenty of sunshine but cold conditions on Friday, with clouds increasing during the day Saturday. An approaching front will bring snow showers Saturday night, with milder air arriving on Sunday. Sunday will likely bring some rain showers to our region, with a chance of mixed precipitation in northern counties. The mild air will stick around into the new week, so our warm-up will stick around for a bit.
