We're starting out with very mild temps this morning across the region. Highs will make it into the low to mid 40s for most of us. It'll be quite pleasant today with clearing skies. Any rain/snow that's out there this morning will push off to the east but we are watching another band of precipitation that would make it here late this morning/early this afternoon in the form of more rain and snow showers. Winds will be a huge story today with winds getting breezy later from the west at 25-35 mph gusting as high as 45 mph. Wind advisories are in effect for the entire viewing area.

Overnight temps cool off dramatically after the passage of the cold front this afternoon/evening. Everyone will drop into the single digits. It will be mostly clear and still windy. The wind chill will make things feel about 20-20 degrees colder than they actually are so it will be important to stay warm and protect your skin if you are heading outdoors at all tonight. Far Northern Maine has wind chill watches in effect.

By tomorrow things stay cold. High temperatures only make it into the teens and low 20s. Winds will breezy at 10-15 mph gusting to 25 mph. It will be sunny during the day.

Some snow is likely for New Hampshire and Southern Maine on Monday night and Tuesday. Looks like we could see 2-4 inches at this point but could see locally higher amounts.

Things stay cold Tuesday and Wednesday.

As far as the patriots games goes tonight, the winds will be an issue for them I'm thinking. They'll be gusting to around 40 mph there too. Temps will start out mild but drop rapidly so if you're heading to the game dress warm! It'll stay dry though, with partly cloudy skies. I think they'll get the win but it'll be close. I'm saying Pats by 3. (Knock on wood!)

Have a great day!
