ALFRED, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Judge Nancy Mills has dismissed 46 counts of invasion of privacy against the alleged business partner of Alexis Wright.

She is accused of using her Zumba studio in Kennebunk as a front for a prostitution operation.

Mark Strong is now on trial on the remaining charges: 13 counts of promotion of prostitution.

The ruling comes after Strong's attorneys made a motion to dismiss 47 of the counts.
