One positive aspect of the power outages yesterday-at least it was nice 'n mild!  That changed in a big way today, as those still without power (I'm one of them) have had to deal with some pretty cold temperatures.

Our weather pattern will remain fairly quiet and brisk, although we will need to keep an eye on an area of low pressure later Sunday into Sunday night.  A low off to our west will transfer some energy to a developing low to our south. At this time it appears that low to our south will get it's act together a little too late to bring much snow to the region.  Best chance for a brush with mostly light snow: Downeast Maine Sunday afternoon into Sunday night.  If the low tracks more north we could see more snow, but right now that doesn't seem to be a strong possibility.

Monday and Tuesday will bring sunshine and brisk conditions.
