PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - President Obama's first State of the Union Address of his second term as president focused on bipartisanship in Congress and improving the economy, especially for the middle class.

Like many second-term presidents, Mr. Obama used this speech as a way to outline his plans for the next four years in office. Key issues on the table: ending the war in Afghanistan by this time next year, gay and lesbian rights, immigration reform, tax reform, education reform, voting and tax reform.

Our political analysts, Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling, dissect the speech and GOP response with some analysis of their own.
