(NEWS CENTER) --  Earlier this week, a citizen's group dug up a clip of a Waterville city council meeting back in 2009, where then Mayor Paul LePage used some rather colorful language to express his anger over plans by the State to increase the tax burden on cities and towns.

Now Governor LePage is proposing much the same thing by reducing the amount of revenue sharing the State kicks back to municipalities to help balance the budget.

Also this week, the governor and other politicians reacted strongly to a "Freedom of Access" request for the names of people in Maine who are holding concealed weapons permits.

We discuss both these subjects with NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling.
