Yes, it's been another fairly gloomy, messy day across the region, although we've have been able to witness some breaks of sunshine from time to time mixing-in with the passing rain and snow showers. Low pressure will continue to spin lots of cloud cover into our neighborhoods over the next couple of days, with a potent storm system exiting the Mid-Atlantic region spreading some accumulating snow into southern and central New England by Thursday. It appears the track of that low will keep most of the snow south of Northern New England, but we will keep an eye on it just in case the track changes.
In the meantime, I'm happy to report that low pressure will loosen its grip on our territory by Friday, so after some morning cloud cover look for some increasing amounts of sunshine Friday afternoon, with plenty of sunshine scheduled for Saturday. Yes indeed, there's some light at the end of our dreary weather tunnel!
