Bright and chilly St. Patty's Day

High pressure will provide us with sunny skies Sunday and Monday. Along with the sunshine comes some chilly temperatures. Sunday night will feature some of the coldest overnight lows we have seen for a while. Next storm system featuring snow and a little rain mixing in at the coast arrives Tuesday morning. By Wednesday morning many places will be waking up to several inches of new snow.

Tonight - Partly to mostly cloudy skies. Winds become light and lows dip to around 20 degrees. Temperatures will be in the single digits in far northern Maine by early Sunday morning.

Sunday - Mostly sunny skies, breezy conditions, and highs around 30 degrees.

Extended Forecast - Another sunny day Monday. Snow moves into Maine and New Hampshire Tuesday morning. We could see the snow change over to a period of rain at the coast. Heavy wet snow expected just a little ways inland. Far inland locations will stay all as snow. By Wednesday morning snowfall amounts could be around a foot away from the coast. Lesser amounts at the coast. We will keep you updated with the latest information as we get closer to Tuesday.
