PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire (NEWS CENTER) -- A tractor trailer crash and diesel spill shut down part of I-95 southbound early Saturday morning.
New Hampshire State Police say that a tractor-trailer truck was traveling southbound through Portsmouth, when the driver lost control near exit 5 around 2:20am.
The truck slid off the right side of the road, broke through the guardrail and rolled over.
The crash ruptured one of the fuel tanks, spilling about 55 gallons of diesel fuel.
The driver was not hurt. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
