Have you been soaking-in and enjoying our fantastic October weather lately? Hope so-'cause we've got some significant changes coming. No big storms in sight, but temperatures are about to take a nose-dive!
Here's the deal-a frontal boundary sliding through the region from west to east has been stirring-up some cloud cover and showers this afternoon; showers will come to an end as the front passes to our east this evening. Behind the front the sky will clear and temperatures will tumble into the 30s.
Tomorrow will bring a sunny start, with an area of low pressure approaching and then tracking to our east. I do believe that low will be close enough to us to bring some increasing clouds with a risk of showers later in the day (the bulk of the showers will stay to our east; we may catch just a few showers around here.)
The remaninder of the forecast is quiet and brisk! Look for a partly sunny sky Thursday through Saturday with daily highs only in the 40s. We've been enjoying some balmy (well above "normal") temps lately, so the upcoming cool conditions will be a bit of a shock to the system!
