NORTH CONWAY, New Hampshire - New Hampshire teenager Abigail Hernandez has been missing for nearly 3 weeks. Surveillance video last captured Hernandez leaving after school on October 9th.
Publicity in the case has faded since police ended news briefings but people in the town are keeping Abby's story in the public eye. Hundreds gathered in North Conway tonight to "light the way" for Abigail to come home.
A short walk behind the town's train station was illuminated by flashlights.
Many people in attendance were in town for a half-marathon happening tomorrow in which Abby's sister, Sarah, is expected to compete.
The organizer for the race and the vigil says there's been an enormous response from businesses in the community who want to help.
Abby's mother Zenya asks the public to remain vigilant.
