Good morning! A cold front will cross the area today with a period of clouds and scattered snow showers or flurries. Temperatures already cold will drop this afternoon and be really cold tonight and tomorrow. Winds will be gusty this afternoon and tonight as well so it will "feel-like" 15 to 30 below zero. Winds diminish quickly Saturday morning as high pressure is over us but moving quickly into the Maritimes but clouds should hold off until late in the day. Saturday night and Sunday A storm will track Northeast across the Gulf of Maine and produce snow, heavy at times along with gusty winds that will reduce visibility and cause some blowing and drifting of the snow.Travel will be difficult during that time. My snowfall forecast at this point is for 7 to 12 inches. Be sure to follow our updated forecasts.Have a great weekend!
