Carmel woman arrested for incident involving husband

CARMEL, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Carmel Police arrested a woman following an incident involving her husband on July 14.

The woman, Vicki Koehler, was reported to police by her husband. Gerd Koehler reported that Vicki has followed him around town in her car. Mr. Koehler pulled into Leadbetter's Super Stop on Outer Hammond St. and purchased gasoline, and Vicki followed him there. While there, Mr. Koehler advised her not to follow him anymore.

Vicki then allegedly made threatening moves toward Mr. Koehler using her vehicle, and shortly after hit his car with hers.

Vicki Koehler was charged with Class D Violation of Protection Order, Class D Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, Class D Domestic Violence Reckless conduct, and Class D Criminal Mischief.

As a result of video footage and interviews, Vicki Koehler was arrested and taken to the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor.
