ELLSWORTH-- The 16th annual Union Trust Chefs' Gala to benefit the Breast Clinic at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth will take place on Saturday, April 25 at the Holiday Inn in Ellsworth.
This year's theme is "An Evening in Venice" featuring Italian cuisine prepared by local chefs and dancing to Big Chief of Portland. The event runs from 5:30 to midnight.
