BANGOR (NEWS CENTER)-- People who eat at the Texas Roadhouse Friday night will be waited on by members of the Bangor Police Department.
The event starts at 4:00 in the afternoon and ends at 8:00. The officers will he helping restaurant staff to wait on tables. They will accept tips to donate to Special Olympics Maine.
All the money raised will go to help provide year round sports training and athletic competition for olympic type sports for children and adults with disabilities.
