BANGOR (NEWS CENTER) -- It wasn't American Idol, but Dick Stacey's Country Jamboree was a popular show back in the 70's and 80's in Maine. Because of recent interest from a Canadian TV show called The Trailer Park Boys, Dick Stacey and his family decided to put out a DVD and CD collection of some of the classics from the program. The show ran for 20 years on televison in Bangor. Dick Stacey's son, Scott, says the collection has reconnected a lot of old friends. Dick Stacey has since retired to Florida. He does return to Holden every summer.
