Woodstock crash requires LifeFlight

WOODSTOCK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - LifeFlight was called to a crash in the Bethel area involving two vehicles.

Around 6:30 Friday night two vehicles were involved in a crash on Route 26 in Woodstock.

The crash happened at the Woodstock/Greenwood town line.

One vehicle wound up in the water.

State and Oxford County police responded to the crash, as well as several area fire departments.  They had cleared the scene by shortly after 9:00 PM.

LifeFlight was called in to transport at least one victim, but police are not releasing much information right now.
