FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) -- A man and a woman have been arrested after police say people were seen carrying a body wrapped in a carpet out of a Fall River apartment building. Prosecutors say 27-year-old Angel Garcia and 31-year-old Neidy Mendez were charged with being accessories after the fact of murder after police went to an Aetna Street apartment at about 2 p.m. on Sunday. The victim has not been positively identified, but is thought to be a man in his late 20s or early 30s. The suspects are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Fall River District Court. It was not immediately clear if they had lawyers.
