PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Drivers along Congress Street in Portland can expect delays near Massachusetts Avenue because of a water main break.

The Portland Water District says crews will be working through the evening commute Friday -- and traffic will be congested.

Officials say the leak is on an eight-inch main. Water began bubbling to the street surface around 11:00am.
