James Pak is facing two counts of murder in the deaths of 19-year old Derrick Thompson and his girlfriend 18-year old Alivia Welch. He did not enter a plea to the 2 murder charges against him.
ALFRED, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - A landlord charged with killing his two tenants over a parking dispute in Biddeford has pleaded not guilty.
James Pak is facing two counts of murder in the deaths of 19-year old Derrick Thompson and his girlfriend 18-year old Alivia Welch.
Police say Pak was drunk at the time of the shootings. A third victim, Thompson's mother Susan Johnson survived with non life threatening injuries.
