What Washington, DC landmark did Pres. Taft's wife, Helen, help put in place?

The mark she left on Washington by planting the cherry trees around the tidal basin would be a huge accomplishment for any First Lady.  It is even more impressive when you consider that Helen Taft suffered a stroke just two months after her husband took office.

Her recovery took about a year of hard work before she felt ready to resume her public duties.
