Update: Police say man left porn photos in young girl's toy box

Man in court for alleged burglary and sex charge

Update (08/09/2017) 4 p.m.:  Police say Jason Robinson has been charged with sexual misconduct, burglary, and two counts of theft all linked to a complaint filed in January.

At Robinson's first court appearance Wednesday, he did not enter a plea.

Prosecutors gave details about the months-long investigation, alleging that Robinson stole the girl's underwear and money from the family's change jar. Prosecutors say Robinson broke into the home using a Dunkin Donuts gift card to pry open a door. They also say a neighbor had been concerned about a possible break-in and had set up a game camera which captured pictures of the January burglary. Prosecutors say that camera was allegedly stolen as well.

According to prosecutors, the family that lived in the home was out of state during the time of the burglary.

The judge set Robinson's bail at $10,000. Robinson is also not allowed back on Airport Street in Exeter. He is not allowed to contact any of the victims, their family, or neighbors. Robinson also cannot have contact with any children under the age of 18.

A 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew and a ban on possessing pornographic materials are also conditions of Robinson's bail

Robinson is due back in court on October 3rd.
