(NBCNC) - The annual Consumer Electronics Show is underway in Las Vegas.
If it's new, if it's neat, anything and everything high tech and for the home is there.
One of the major innovations unveiled this year is Ultra-HD, a picture with four times the resolution of current 1080p high definition TVs.
Samsung is going big with a 110-inch screen, which should be out by the middle of the year.
Others have their heads in the cloud.
"All these technologies are coming together to make cloud and mobile devices to be glued together," says Netgear founder and CEO Patrick Lo.
But as everything gets bigger, faster and better, many also want to make sure it's greener.
"What we do is we take excess materials that get left over in the manufacturing process and turn them into limited edition items," says Looptworks co-founder Scott Hamlin.
His company crafts excess shoe leather and wet suit material into covers and cases for your electronics.
