BRUNSWICK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - The Bowdoin football team hung with unbeaten Wesleyan (CT) for three quarters, but couldn't hold on any longer when it came to the final frame as they fell 34-14.

Tyler Grant's 16-yard TD run trimmed a 14-0 deficit to a one-score game after three quarters.  The Cardinals would score three touchdowns in the fourth, capped by Windham alum Taylor Jackson's 51-yard reception with 15 seconds remaining.  Just before that Holderness grad Mac Caputi scored the Polar Bears only other touchdown.

Bowdoin falls to 2-4 on the year.  They're at Bates next Saturday.
