Pirates back to .500 after win third straight

LEWISTON, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -The Portland Pirates climbed back to .500 after winning their third straight game on Friday by a 4-1 final over the Manchester Monarchs. 

Mark Visentin stopped 24 of the 25 shots he saw with four different Pirates scoring goals (Gilbert Brule, Randy Jones, Tobias Rieder, and Chris Summers).

Portland (5-5-0-1) plays again on Saturday night when they host Springfield for a 7 p.m. faceoff.
