Bloomington, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Indiana junior wide receiver Cody
Latimer has decided to enter the 2014 NFL Draft.
Latimer became the fifth player in school history to surpass 1,000 yards in a
season. He caught 72 passes for 1,096 yards while being named the team MVP in
A two-time second team All-Big Ten selection, Latimer ends his college career
with 135 receptions, 2,152 yards and 17 TD catches.
"We thank Cody for his contributions to Indiana Football and wish him nothing
but the best in the National Football League," Indiana head coach Kevin Wilson
said. "Cody became a talented all-around player and it is a credit to his hard
work and determination. He has great character, is an outstanding leader and
developed into a quality man on the field and in the classroom. Cody has a lot
of upside and we look forward to watching him on Sundays. He had a great
career at IU and will always be a Hoosier."
