NEW BEDFORD, Massachusetts (NEWS CENTER) - One of two men indicted for the deaths of three people in Bangor in August has been arrested in Massachusetts.

New Bedford police say they have arrested Randall Daluz. They did not release the circumstances of his arrest, nor did they say whether he is locked up at this time.

Daluz and Nicholas Sexton, of Warwick, RI, are facing three counts of murder and one count of arson each in the deaths of Daniel Borders, Nicole Lugdon and Lucas Tuscano.

Their bodies were found in a flaming car in Bangor in August. Police say the medical examiners report showed they were killed by gunfire.

At this time, Sexton's whereabouts are unknown. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
