AUGUSTA, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Maine Gov. Paul LePage is meeting with Democratic leaders to discuss his bond proposal for the state's roads and bridges.
The Republican governor will meet with Senate President Justin Alfond of Portland and House Speaker Mark Eves of North Berwick on Wednesday morning.
Their meeting comes a day after the Appropriations Committee met to discuss more than 30 bond proposals.
We talked with political analysts Ethan Strimling and Charlie Summers this morning about the role reversal between the two parties.
