PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - People who have been working to hammer home the the message of safe teen driving are expressing frustration tonight after news of a second fatal crash in two weeks involving a young inexperienced driver.

Before Alexia Valente was killed Wednesday night in a car crash in Hiram a 15-year old girl from Bucksport died in a crash two weeks ago. In both cases the drivers were in violation of teen driving laws for not having a relative in the vehicle with them. In the Hiram crash investigators say the car was speeding and no one inside was wearing a seat belt.
